Success stories

CAN THEY BE FOUND?

My clients sometimes ask me this question. “Will my pet be found?”, ” What’s the success rate?”.  The success rate is about 50%.

Some were found as early as on the same day and some like Snowy were found  more than a year later. Most were found within one week. Read here for the stories of reunion.

In some cases, the pets were reunited with the pet owners because the finders were able to trace the owners through our ads. Through our service, these pets  like  teddybear, Bebe,  AlaskanRuby, QQ, Jojo , Snowy   , pud, and many more  were reunited with their owners.

I attribute the success to the Grace of God, the power of the Internet, the kindness of pet lovers, the love of the pet owners and the instinct of the pets.

WHY YOU SHOULD  POST YOUR LOST PET NOTICE ONLINE

#1 – Reach out to Many People

Within 24 hours, my client’s ad reached more than 1,000 people on just one site because a kind administrator disseminated the poster to all his 1,000 members in his website.

I randomly visited some of the sites. Here are the number of visitors to the advertisement 4 days after the ads was posted:

If each site garners 100 visitors, then the 14 websites can bring in more than 1,500 dog lovers/visitors in just 4 days.

The advertisement appeared on the first page in the search result!

3 days later, I checked the Google search result for the phrase ‘ missing dog singapore reward’ and ‘cavalier King Charles Spaniels‘. It appeared on the first page. See these screen shots: here and here This case has a happy ending. The dog was reunited with the owner 3 days later.

#2 – Appear on First Page

This is an ads for a missing Labrador retriever. It appears on the first page of the search result within one day.

I put a notice for a missing cocker spaniel. Within 10 hours, the top 4 results belongs to my client’s notice. See the screen shot here.

I put a notice for a missing Maltese. A day later , I  type ‘Maltese missing’ in google.com and this is the result => 3 ads in the first page.

The ads for ‘Maltese Poodle’ appeared on 1st and 4th result on the first page. See the amazing result here

The case studies proved that online classified ads are effective. Don’t delay. The earlier you post your notice, the better your chance of recovery.

#3 – Finder Found the Owner through the Ads

Someone found Bebe, a Shih Tzu and then traced the owner through my advertisement. Here is her heart warming story.

Someone found Teddy Bear from my ads. Read her story here.

Margaret lost 2 of her dogs on 5 Feb (Fri) 2010. She engaged my service on 6th Feb. Someone found her dog through my ads on Internet.  Here’s her unsolicited story on 7th Feb: Click here to read her story

The pet owner lost Grace, a local breed and I help her post her ads online. Grace was found after 47 long days and nights. Read her heart warming story at homelessinseletar.blogspot.com/

There are many more successful stories of recovery through my service. Read their unsolicited emails to me.

WHERE’S THE OWNER?

Recently, a cat owner posted a lost-cat poster in the neighbourhood with a $500 reward.  The poster was placed next to the lift. Two days later the poster was torn down as it is illegal to stick any fliers on government properties.  A week later, as I pass by the field, I spotted the lost cat. Now I want to contact owner but there is no trace as the owner did not advertise or put up a permanent poster somewhere.

The lesson is that it is important to have a permanent poster on the Internet.

The question is:   if someone found your pet, can they find you?

Yes,  I am interested to engage your service now
